These terms govern your use of https://www.weswaterworks.com and the pressure washing and soft washing services provided by Wes's Waterworks Pressure Washing (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or booking service, you agree to them. They're written to be read — if anything is unclear, call or text 678-984-9542 and we'll explain it plainly.
Quotes & estimates
Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Quotes are based on the information and photos you provide; if conditions on site differ materially (additional square footage, heavier staining, access issues), we'll tell you before we start and confirm any revised price with you first. A quote is not a contract until you accept it and we schedule the work.
Scheduling, access & weather
You don't need to be home for most exterior work — we just need access to the areas being cleaned and a working water spigot. Pressure washing is weather-dependent: if rain, lightning, or freezing temperatures make the work unsafe or compromise the result, we'll reschedule at no charge. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us 24 hours' notice when you can.
Your responsibilities
- Clear the work area of vehicles, furniture, toys, and fragile items, and keep pets and children inside during service
- Close all windows and exterior doors
- Tell us in advance about known issues: failing paint or caulk, loose siding or mortar, non-functioning seals, prior repairs, or any surface you're concerned about
- Ensure exterior water and (if needed) power are available
Workmanship & guarantee
We use the cleaning method appropriate to each surface — soft washing for roofs, siding, and delicate materials; pressure washing for concrete and hard surfaces — and we stand behind the work. If you're not satisfied, tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and make it right. Some staining (rust, oxidation, irrigation stains, artillery fungus, paint failure) may not be fully removable with safe methods; we'll set expectations honestly before we start.
Liability
We are licensed and insured. We are responsible for damage caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or deferred maintenance — including but not limited to failing paint, oxidized siding, brittle or aged wood, loose mortar, faulty window or door seals, and improperly installed surfaces — or for issues you did not disclose when asked. Exterior cleaning can reveal (not cause) conditions previously hidden under dirt and algae.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless we've agreed otherwise in writing (for example, on commercial maintenance contracts, which are invoiced per their agreement). We'll confirm accepted payment methods when you book.
Job photos
We may take before-and-after photos of work performed for our records and marketing. Photos show surfaces only — no people — and are never labeled with your name or street address. Tell us if you'd prefer your property not be photographed and we'll honor it.
Website use
The content on this site — text, photos, graphics, and branding — belongs to Wes's Waterworks Pressure Washingand may not be copied or reused without permission. The site is provided “as is”; while we work to keep information accurate, service availability and pricing are confirmed only through a direct quote.

By texting us or providing your number, you agree to receive service-related texts (quotes, scheduling, reminders). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Cobb County, Georgia.

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted here with its “last updated” date.
